Insurance

We take assignment on insurance that covers chiropractic care. We submit charges to your insurance company and wait for payment at no charge to you. We are participating providers in dozens of PPO's and HMO's, please check your provider book or call your insurance company to see if we are in your plan. If we are not, ask them to send us an application. We are participating providers of the Medicare Program, but not Medicaid.

We accept auto injury cases. If you were injured in an accident, whether you hit something or another vehicle, or another vehicle hits yours and you were a driver or passenger, make an appointment for an evaluation. We will submit charges to your health or auto insurance or you may pay as you are treated. If you were in an auto accident caused by another vehicle, we will submit charges to both companies. Your company or you will be reimbursed by the responsible party's insurance when the case settles. We regret we cannot run our office by waiting for cases to settle and billing only the responsible insurance company.

Chiropractic care at our office is covered under Worker's Compensation Insurance. This care is covered 100% by workers compensation, you make no co-payment. In Illinois you are entitled to see two doctors of your choice in addition to your company doctor if you had to see them first. 

If you don't have insurance, we have flexible payment plans available. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, cash  and checks.
